Purchasing a Legacy Planks floor is a simple, transparent process designed to give you confidence from start to finish. Here’s how it works:
1. Place Your Order
Once you’ve selected your product, a 50% deposit is required to initiate your order. This allows us to reserve your material and begin the manufacturing process.
2. Production & Preparation
Whether you’re ordering from our standard offerings or requesting a custom product, our team will begin crafting your floor with the utmost care and attention to detail.
3. Final Payment
When your flooring is complete and ready for shipment, the remaining 50% balance is due. No materials will be released until full payment is received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all domestic orders via common carrier. Freight charges must be prepaid by the customer. You’ll receive tracking and delivery details to help you prepare for arrival.
5. Packaging & Handling
Each order is securely palletized for protection in transit. A packaging and handling fee of $150 per pallet applies to all domestic shipments.
6. Cancellations & Restocking
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Standard orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders incur a 50% restocking fee due to the specialized nature of the work.
